OUR PROCESS
KICK-OFF
First, we’ll review your site to identify setbacks, existing conditions, material details, and discuss the ways you’ll be using your structure—that includes parking, lounge areas, storage, and, most importantly, your vision for the added structure.

PLANNING & DESIGN
We will suggest a selection of materials that meet your needs and prepare a preliminary estimate for your vision. We'll then begin designs for the garage or patio along with defined material schedules. Upon approval of the design and estimate, construction plans will be submitted to HOA or City Approvals.

BUILD
With the design finalized and proposal approved, we will determine your start date and handle the build at each phase. During site visits, any questions that arise will be addressed on site through completion.
CLOSEOUT & WARRANTY
At completion, permits and inspections will be closed (if applicable) and we will walk through build with you ensuring all punch list details are addressed before closeout. Work performed by our team will be backed with warranty allowing you to enjoy your investment with peace of mind.
